  • Equity

    Subject to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, the right to purchase shares of Arbor’s Common Stock will be granted (the “Grant”)

  • Medical

    Starts on the 1st of the month after hire. Arbor covers up to 90% for the employee and up to 75% for dependents.

  • Dental

    Starts on the 1st of the month, on or after hire. Arbor covers up to 90% for the employee and up to 75% for dependents.

  • Vision

    Starts on the 1st of the month, on or after hire. Arbor covers up to 75% for the employee and all dependents.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Arbor offers Health Savings Account to those who are enrolled in a High-Deductible Health Plan the option to save on healthcare costs by paying with pre-tax dollars.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

    Arbor offers both Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA. For Health FSA, Arbor makes a dollar-for-dollar match to the employee's contribution.

  • 401k Program

    401k program through Guideline for employees to contribute pre-tax funds for retirement saving.

  • Unlimited Vacation

    Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) for exempt (salaried) employees. Taking 3+ weeks of PTO per year is strongly encouraged.
